The support we offer is primarily to achieve a full implementation plan, also commonly called PEP (Project Execution Plan), which covers all phases in the environmental, social, technical and economic aspects. The latter serves as an invaluable support tool for all partners involved in a community project. Another important element is also to develop an investment plan, commonly known as IM (Investment Memo) and includes the ensemble of past financial assumptions before investment.  The detailed plan serves as a support tool when establishing the financial package.

With all these tools prepared with care by our professionals, including the timetable and detailed budget proposal, the partners involved will possess a clear picture of their actual project, which will assist them in the decision making process for the subsequent steps to be taken in the implementation plan. In addition, Pek also offers a computerized administration system that allows the administration of the partnership to be performed on-site.
